Looks very nice.

You should bottle this up and sell it - it'd be as popular as moonshine! Seriously, a WP business directory plugin is lacking, so you have a commercial opportunity here.

Good luck!

Firstly, I use LDAP to log in, and I add all of my users from LDAP. Last week I notice my WPMU has duplicated user to each of the existed one except admin. I'm wondering if the WPMU automatically add these users or it only happens when someone clicks some button or added manually?

Secondly, when I delete one of the duplicated users from WPMU, it still keep the data in the database and what's more wired is that when I delete a user completely from WPMU, I still can use that user's information to log in and after that, the user appears in the user list AGAIN! But the role change to subscriber. Is it normal?

If you install the Theme-My-Login plugin and use that plugin's widget, the Register Plus fields will work in MU.

I just installed MU and am setting up my blog with those two plugins and users can register as well as set their own passwords up without leaving the main page.

By the way if you want to edit the password fields so they aren't so long compared to the rest of the widget edit the Register Plus PHP file at line 1416 and set the font to 14 and the width to 50%. You will still get the different yellow outline on the password fields so if anyone knows how to fix that please speak up!

Or the devs are waiting until after the merge. Right now, MU has a different user registration process than single WP - which is why that plugin doesn't work. And no, there's no details yet on how this portion will be integrated: that where we, the users, come in. The core devs of WP will need a LOT of feedback on these bits.

Well why not have a word with the developers? As Andrea has said it doesn't work with WPMU so unless it really offers something that a lot of WPMU coders want then I can't imagine that they'll spend the time digging into the code to work out why it doesn't, and trying to make it WP and WPMU friendly.

1 - yes, kinda does that out of the box.
2 - yep, plugins for that
3 - the only two I know of are sketchy / need work. At least, if you're looking to replace the default search box.

A good workaround is Sitewide tags plugin.

Bill,

Your websites look great! I am a Wordpress newbie but a quick study. I am particularly interested in your billjonesproperties.com website. I own a Real Estate Magazine and thought this would be a great segway of offerings for my advertisers. My site is at http://www.JaRealEstateGuide.com

Questions:
1) Can I use Wordpress MU to let my advertisers create their own blog?

2) Can I monetize with Adsense and affiliate links, even on users' blogs?

3) Is there a search box plugin so web visitors could search for what they wanted to find a match on the Wordpress blog/website?

I appreciate your help in advance, thanks.

So I guess, the host is a good place for the money [cheap].
