Is it possible to edit and work with the posts of all MU managed blogs from one login?

The goal is to post and edit everything from my mu blogs in one place, does it have this capability or no, google the forums and readme files don't seem to contain the answer.

I just got mu up and actually resolving 3 separate domain names to the webroot into their own blog after a few days.

Current errors include inability to create users and can't login to the admin panel of each blog, but it can be overcome with time.

Anyway, we can use mu as the one ring to control all the posts it will be worth it to keep chugging through the install debuggin, can a plugin do this or does the base install actually do it when its up and running properly ???

    No.

To post to a blog, you have to be in the backend *of that blog*. Site Admin can login everywhere and post to all blogs, but you cannot post to, say for example, the main blog and have it show up on all the other blogs, or certain blog, or whatever.

Sure, you could code something to do that, but it sure ain't built in. It's blog farm software, not spam farm.
