All my sites are using a common theme.

All are domain mapped with Donncha Domain Mapping plugin.

I am looking for a service, script or plugin that enable me to collect traffic stats.

...or, a script that let me put a common code in the theme (that capture the domain name) to capture traffic stats.

    Can it be done?

Yeah, hook into the footer and use Google analytics. Tracks everything.

I am already using the Google Analytics plugin.

Want to find out if there are better ways.

There's StatPress Reloaded. But it wasn't very accurate for me. Plus none of these (except Analytics) will work correctly with any sort of caching enabled.

http://piwik.org/ looks good, but work will be needed create tracking per blog on blog creation and also to provide access in the Dashboard for each user.

All my MU blogs are domain mapped and use a common theme.

Is there any service or plugin that uses a common tracking code which I can put into my theme footer and it auto detect the domain and track?
