Hi I am using the php5 version, and apache version 2.2.8
But the problem is that niether of the wp-cache and wp-supercache plugins are working.
>>>wp-cache(error):In the settings menu it is not showing any options
>>>>wp-super-cache(error):shows error in line 49 of wp-cache config and after that the php page text and error is displayed on top of the page.
>>>Things I have already tried
.deleting the wp-content/wp-cache and wp-advanced cache config ,reinstalling and reactivating the plugin
>>>also it shows the buggy message that wp-content is "writable" but that should not make a difference as its only a security threat
>>>I think the problem is with apache mod_perl module
Suggestions would be helpfull
