Okay, first before I get started, I would like to say to never go with FatCow.com as a host, they are really bad with everything. Anyway, I just bought FatCow.com hosting, for this & it turns out that you can't change the file permissions to 777 on the home directory, So I have two options, #1 installing it into a sub directory and hacking it so its not "blog-name.blogs.bmxstudios.net" but it is "blog-name.bmxstudios.net" or option #2 creating the 'wp-config.php' manually.

    Cheers, ~LimeBoy

Try changing to 755, not 777
