WordPress MU

Are there any hooks that are specific to WPMU? And if so, is there a list of them somewhere? I couldn't find anything on Google or in the codex.

Not sure about WPMU specific hooks but WMPU specific calls by the dozen.

What sort of specific hooks would you be looking for anyway?

Take a look at the files wpmu-settings.php & wp-includes/wpmu-functions.php & wp-includes/wpmu-default-filters.php and all the files that start with wpmu in the wp-admin directory. Those are the main wpmu-specific things.
