I'm also having the same problem on my site. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
You can see my site here:
http://dollicio.us/
i think you have a problem in your .htaccess. Try to rename it and look if it works then.
Saurabh jain - did you run the Upgrade link under Site Admin -> Upgrade, after you did the auto-upgrade?
Yes sir , i run upgrade link after auto upgrade.
but not at the same time, after a day... and the problem occurred even after a day or two...
Its 5 days my website is down...........
plz help me........
Request to all mu - wordpress experts......
if nothing can be done.........
How can i reinstall with my existing database..........
Anything in your webserver's error logs?
Site is live to me.
dollicio.us is live for me as well but it's a very slow load. (I'm throwing around some *cough* files so that may be it though.)
mypassion.in is doing the redirect to the signup.
I'm having a similar problem. I installed MU, got my admin email, and then when I clicked on the login button, Firefox "detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete."
This is the page I'm getting: http://donewrong.com/wp-signup.php?new=donewrong.com
If anyone could help, it would be greatly appreciated. I've installed countless regular Wordpress blogs, and haven't felt like this much of an amateur in ages.
Did you follow the actual install instructions or did you install it just like regular WP? :)
"mypassion.in is doing the redirect to the signup. "
Gah, that'll teach me to read while tired.
saurabhjain - it's likely a configuration issue on the web sefver. As we can;t see thsoe and don;t have access to them, best bet is to:
- ask your webhost to fix it (it's why you pay them)
- or hire a freelancer http://wpmututorials.com/freelancer/
gypsybandito, did you check your webserver's error logs as suggested?
@andrea_r I followed the instructions instead of installing like regular MU, and it's kind of working now. Thanks.
