Subdirecory Install but using DNS alias instead of servername (3 posts)

    FYI: All intranet.

    I chose subdirectory install option and blog address as servername.domain.com. I have a DNS alias blog.domain.com pointing to servername.domain.com.

    On hitting blog.domain.com, browser takes me to the right place but immediately changes url to servername.domain.com.

    I tried using ServerName blog.domain.com entry in httpd.conf without any success.

    Just go in to the wp-config and change VHOST = no

    define('VHOST', 'no');
    is already set
