How to Increase Space For Admin in WPMU

i want to increase space allotted per blog but not for all only for admin. when i increase it from admin=>options it increase allotted space for every blog. and enable some templates only for admin

You will need to go to Site Admin -> Blogs, and click on the blog in question to edit it; under Misc Blog Actions to the bottom right column, you can increase the quota for that blog only.

Under Site Admin -> Themes, make sure to disable themes you don't want everyone to have, then under Site Admin -> Blogs, click on the blog that you want to edit, and under the blog themes to the right column, you can enable the themes that this blog should have.
