    hi, I want to make change to my index page(http://www.incsub.org/wpmu/cvera/),but when I open the files page in the management option, it says:"you cannot update the file/template:must make it writable,eg.CHMOD 666" What does that mean? Could you help me? Thank you!

    You're not allowed update the template like that for security reasons.

    Instead of going through the admin, edit the files through the server - like in the file manager.
