moved domains on a MU site using subdirectories..
everything running smooth excepting except the member blogs using sub-directories are kicking up the wordpress 404 page.
I've addressed the obvious and I'm getting 404's
.htaccess, config, wp_blogs, wp_site/sitemeta, blog_id_options. I've dug through all the tables and hit the forums, and I don't see any similar situations.
there are a couple things i notice that may give some indication of what's going on.
    - the wp-admin for the member blog shows the root wp-admin backend
    - when loading a member blog url, the browser hesitates slightly, like it's trying to rewrite the url in apache and then kick's me the wordpress 404 page for the root blog.

Permalinks on the main blog work?
Is there a www in the address?

oh hey andrea.. thks.. the permalinks are working fine and no www in the address.

one other thing that I've noticed that may be an indicator.
i've noticed that activation emails are missing the trailing slash/ between the domain and the wp-activate key?
