WordPress MU

I have been using the Title Tags plugin but didnt realise that it was going to create a keyword for each title tag on the main home page.

I have turned off the plugin, but the six hundred, million, billion, gazillion keywords it created still remains on the main home page.

Can someone PLEASE tell me how to get rid of them?

I'm more than a little worried that the big G might punish me for this.
