WordPress MU

How do you install a WYSIWYG editor like Deans FckEditor or TinyMCE in MU and get it to show up and work on the domain installs?

I see the new editor in the Admin and can even activate it in the domain sites but when I go to edit a page I do not see the new editor.

WPMU comes with TinyMCE installed and enabled by default, it has to be turned off by the user on their Personal Options page?

So I'm rather confused by this "new editor" in the Admin.

well I am new to MU, please pardon, but it just did not look like either FCK editor nor TinyMCE to me.

Its TinyMCE Version: 3.2.4.1 (2009-05-25) according to the help button

I have seen other people complain that the TinyMCE editor isn't showing up. Dunno what's happening. It works on my servers.
