Im using the latest version of WPMU and I cant get the permalinks to work correctly.
Post links are working, but not pages and not the links in the buddypress toolbar.
I guess its something wrong with my htaccess or something but I dont know what to fix.
When clicking those links I just get redirected back to the mainpage of the site with no error message at all.

Then buddypress isn't set up right. Are you using the trunk or the latest released version? Either way, it's a buddypress issue and you should check over in their forums.
If you don't put the new theme structure int he right place, you get issues like this.
I put them all right, but it also is a wordpress issue because none of my pages works.
