WordPress MU

I'm having some issues in with bbPress in regards to sending out email notifications and the like. The issues are:

1. When someone comments on a page, I'm not getting an email.
2. When someone registers for bbPress, They are not getting an email with their password (and the admin can't login since he/she can't reset his/her password).
3. When someone tries to use the "contact us" form, it doesn't send the email to me.

The site is on GoDaddy so I'm wondering if it's an issue with them. Problem is their tech support is lousy and they charge $75/hour with no guarantees they'll fix anything or find any issues. Nice.

So is GoDaddy? bbPress? WPMU? Or all of the above?

I'm gonna go with a setting on godaddy somewhere.

I'd be happy to offer some assistance. Do you have a virtual server and dedicated server? If you feel comfortable, please post the IP address too, but not any other account sensitive info.
