Are there any plugins which can help me autodelete blogs which not meet specific criterias ?

Like what criteria and how many are you looking at having to delete?

hundreds of inactive/spamblogs waiting to get filled..

maybe blogs not updated last 3 weeks containing less thank 2 posts

It's not a plugin but a script that looks for blogs that haven't been used in 'x' number of days and sends them an email. After that it starts deleting the blogs if still not used.

Please be sure to read and understand that plugin. Your question has come up previously here in the forums followed by folks in pain as they didn't understand that blogs would be actually deleted when this was run. Backup first before usage.
