The support is fantastic, fast and personal.
Would it not be for you, we webmasters would not have the opportunity to offer our visitors such a great opportunity for blog creation.

Definitely want to echo the feedback above - setting up WPMU for the first time has been a joy. Fantastic piece of software.

Oh yeah, that's about the time a lot of people will be gearing back up for the fall semester. I bet that will put a good number of people off from making it.
