How do I add tag cloud to my page even though its not on the list of widgets? (2 posts)

I have a series of pages that are part of a wordpress mu installation @ http://my.ddo.com. This is a gaming-centric set of blogs created by Turbine (a gaming company) and supporting their MMOs.

They've created a pretty rigid template but they did include seven widgets we can modify or rearrange to achieve some (very minor) level of customization.

I've set up a blog within their mu site (http://my.ddo.com/geoffhanna/), and I am up to 43 posts.

I want to put the tag cloud on the main page to help readers who may want to look into my archive. But Turbine did not include the tag cloud widget as one of the seven usable widgets. We are able to tag posts, and in fact the tag cloud is visible on the post editing dashboard.

The text box is on the list of seven, and it is able to render html. Is there a way I can use the text box to reference a tag cloud and have it appear on my main page?

If those are the widgets they provided, then you're out of luck. You'll have to take it up with them, and maybe they can accommodate your request.

(the tag cloud is generated via php, which you should definitely NOT be able to use in a text widget.)
