WordPress MU

Hi i was wondering if anyone is willing to share some of there settings from there wordpress installations
try to get idea on what i should have for my /etc/my.cnf for mysql and php.ini and maybe apache-httpd.conf
for high traffic wordpress ..

Currently have been doing my installs on Freebsd 6.1/php4.4.2/mysql 4.1 & mysql 5.0.20

how many blogs do you have to handle ? what kind of box does it run on (cpu/ram) ?

The bigger question is how much memory is on the box. :)
