WordPress MU

Hi Guys
I have a WP website http://www.thierrydehove.com and I would like to manage a second blog with the same account.
Can I updated my main WP to WP MU ?

Please let me know and thanks for your help

Roght now it's two different program, so you;d have to replace it.

If you want to wait, MU will be merged with the WP codebase in 3.0. then it will be way easier to add extra blogs to your current install without changing anything.
