Inject posts from other blogs into main blog (3 posts)

    Hey,

I've written a little plugin, that adds a button on every user blog post. By pressing this button a logged in user can vote to have that post promoted to the main blog. When a site admin is looking at the same post he or she can immediately promote the post.

All of these posts are being saved to a table in the database. I've got it all working nicely. Only thing I can't figure out is how do I inject these posts into the loop of my main blog?

At first I thought about adding the post to the posts table of the main blog, but I want to avoid double content and would rather people go to the original blog-post when clicking on the permalink.

    Cheers for any pointers!

See the sitewide tags plugin for how it adds posts tp the tags blog and retains the original permalink.
