I intalled WPMU on a root directory and my blogs are configured like this:
/ -> Nothing, no blog, just for admin access and plugins. *1
/site -> The main site for my domain
/hotsite -> Other sites that work like "domain.com/hotsite".
My questions are!
1 - The main blog "/site", I need to use it without the "/site" path, like a root path. "/page...". I need a clean url, but I can´t use the main blog, the first "/".
2 - Can I map the path "/hotsite" to work on your own domain? I found Donchas plugins but I could not understand how to use it rightly.

*1 - I got some problems with some plugins that uses wrong path on form configuration, like "/wp-admin..." when the right path was "/site/wp-admin". Some times I broke the main blog when editing a plugin configuration on another blog.
