WordPress MU

I posted this at buddypress but they said it sounded like a mu issue so I am reposting the questions over here

When I use quickpress the blogs post like normal but if I go to the Posts > Add New and publish a posts i get redirected to a page that asks

"Are you sure you want to do this" and had a hyperlink that says "Please try again"

From there, essentially the posts get published as a draft and you cannot get them to publish at all...

I also get redirected to the "are you sure" page whenever I try to change the site settings

Any ideas as to what is causing this.

Well there's not enough info here.

What version are you running?
have you tried turning off all plugins and posting? Does it post fine then?
Did you check your error logs?
