Hi, I try to change the url for a blog from mysite.com/xxx to mysite.com/yyy, so what I did is to go to database, change siteurl and home options in options table, change blog's url in wp_blogs and change all urls in posts table. It seems working fine without changing fileupload_url option in option table even though I kept it as "mysite.com/xxx/files. am I missing something? is there any feature or functionality will use this option?

Hi, Andrea_r, thanks for replying, could you be more specific? what does fileupload_url option do in the options table?

It changes where files get uploaded to. You even identified that in your first post when you said you changed the site from xxx to yyy but didn't change it for the fileupload_url and so you still see the files uploading to xxx.
It rarely needs to be changed unless you're manually changing the file path of a site.
