WordPress MU

After installing wordpressmu with a url that reads http://subdomain.myurl.com/wordpressmu, I'd like to change it to http://subdomain.myurl.com/projects.

I need to change the folder that wordpressmu resides in on my server. But what else? Am getting a 404 error when I reload the page. The site info is there, but no content.
Do I need to export the entire site and then import?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

The URL is also stored in the database & the wp-config.php file.
