Is there a way that I can restrict the ability for Wordpress users to only access the login page if they're coming from a range of IP addresses? Anyone with an IP address outside of my range should be redirected to another page.

That would be a webserver issue, not a wpmu one. What are you running for a webserver as well as a hosting platform please?
Agreed but I know for what works on Apache doesn;t work on Nginx.
Lots of things don't work on Nginx that work on Apache. *sigh*

Not true. Maybe not in the same way, and sometimes not what one is used to when coming from apache, but works nonetheless.
Yep. gotta change your google search then. ;) Been banning IPs on nginx anyway...
