Use Mapped Domain URLs (2 posts)

I've searched high and low, asked on #wpmu, to no avail. I really have the need to mask the subdomain URL of mapped sites, particularly when using Twitter Tools and more so, when using Site Wide Tags. Even though the original subdomain URL redirects to the mapped domain, people balk at seeing anything but their own URL.

I'm perfectly comfortable hacking any core code or plugin necessary, just haven't found out *where* to hack.

So go to the Site Admin menu - > Blogs, and edit the blogs.

Or, use a domain mapping plugin that does this like ours.

Ours also has one main menu under Site Admin to map the domain, so if the blog owners are mapping the domains themselves and you want that, it will be an issue.
