So i installed wordpress MU with a temp domain (http://66.197.246.212/~cape)

now i need to switch it over to the main domain. i THOUGHT i would just be able to adjust the wp-config.php file to display the new domain and it would work, but it's not working..

Are there instructions on how to do this somewhere?

    The new domain is here:

hmm ok. So i see there are a LOT of places where the url is in teh DB. i THOUGHT i changed them all, but apparently i messed something up.

I now lost the style sheet AND can't get to my admin because its duplicating my domain as

    domain.com/domain.com/wp-admin/.....

    I AM GETTING THIS ERROR:

Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete.

I've done this a few times, change example.com to example.net and vice versa.

Just go to phpmyadmin, export your database and download it it your local drive.

Open with text editor (I prefer notepad++), find/replace your original domain to your new domain. (This takes time depending on how many entries your database has.)

Once done, upload it back to your database.
