Hi
Our Website had over 300 blogs and we just had to redesign and create a new theme. How can I automatically change all 300 themes to the new theme?

Um, why don't you just keep the same theme name and overwrite the existing theme files?
That's definitely going to be simpler than updating the theme for each blog. You'll potentially lose all the widget customizations if you switch to a new theme....
