I have installed a plugin that uploads files in a fixed folder: "wp-content/uploads/plugin-name".

I think that this will be conflicting on the various blogs.
Do you think is it possible to change it to something like "wp-content/blogs.dir/1/uploads/plugin-name", "wp-content/blogs.dir/2/uploads/plugin-name" and so on?

It woudl be better to alter the plugin so it properly places the uploaded files into the blogs.dir directory.
