http://ode.aubervilliers.fr/wp-login.php?action=register doesn't work. I can' see the registration page for new users. Firefox gave me a bad redirection : http://aubervilliers.fr/wpmu/wp-signup.php?new=aubervilliers.fr

Can somebody explain what's going wrong ?

    Thanks

From your second link, it looks like you installed the wpmu files into a subdirectory. Can;t do that as you;ve discovered. You need to install the files within the root of where you;re going to serve the subdomains from.

If you;ve not installed the files into a subdirectory, please give some details as to how you;ve installed the files.

Any attempts to go to http://aubervilliers.fr/wpmu/ results in a redirect loop.

The installation got messed up. :)

    hi,
I have installed wordpress mu in the subdirectory /wp_mu of my /html root directory.

How I can change the scripts that it is working?

it was redirecting me to the site http://it-gnoth.de/wpmu/signup.php and did finished loading.

after changing the wp-login.php I got the signup form, but the new user registration created a new blog with an invalid blog address the user can not login.

You can;t have MU in the /wpmu/ folder and make it remove that from the links, it won;t work. As you've seen.

Either live with the folder name, or install it in the root of your site.

    Hi,
thank you for the answer. I can live with the folder name of the wordpress mu installation.

But is there any way how to change the script (wp-login.php, wp-signup.php), so that it is working with it?
