When I upload an image through Add media it only allows the option to insert the photo into a post at full size.

The other three radial dials can not be selected for some reason.

How can I enable the other options (Thumbnail, Medium, Large)?

    Thanks, Robert

How big or small is the image?

There's no setting anywhere to enable these, it adjusts according to the image size.

    Hi Andrea.

In this case, the image I'm testing is 871 × 551 px (I know I know - that's really big). But I also saved and inserted the same image as as 50 x 32 px. In both cases it defaults as actual size and I can not select Thumbnail, Medium or large. But, I am able to select the alignment. I want to be able to change the size of the image using these options.

I've discovered after I insert an image, if I click the photo in the edit post field. I can change the percentage of the size through the image editor (90%,80%,70%, etc.)

Why does this work in the image editor but not in the gallery?

    Thanks!

Dunno! :D I have some other troubleshooting to do in that box this week, so I'll be able to tinker.

Andrea - wondering if there is any news on this? Is this an issue that is isolated with us or everyone? Thanks! Robert
