WordPress MU

Hello,
I am having an issue to load pictures with the plugins DM-alblums and with nextgen-gallery- The plugins are working if i use the album test(include in the plufin) but no way to create my own album. I cannot load pictures .i tried on my localhost and on my server and i cannot do it.

so i am doing something wrong i guess.something about configuration but reaaly don t know what..
if you knor what i am doing wrong i would really appreciate your help,
