WordPress MU

Hi,

Ok - so I've disabled sub blog owner's ability to edit or add categories - the idea that I - as the super administrator - can go through people's blogs and add certain posts to a featured category. These categories would then display on the mainblog -

So question is, how do I display a post from a certain sitewide category on the mian site?

I'm fairly with wordpress but this is day one of MU so be patient with me!!

By the way - I have looked at the sitewide tags plugin - I want users to be able to change tags, so was hoping to do have sitewide categories...

It pulls the categories too. It actually pulls all (or most) post meta data.
