I am chinese,Mod_rewrite URL can not works with chinese title,has any way to let it work?

Sorry, it's not likely to work any time soon because we need to match characters other than "/" in the mod_rewrite rules. If you have experience with mod_rewrite I'd love to see a fix for it!

The post title is in the URL, that's what we have to match against!

when i use admin login in , and i change the permlinks to use postname change to post_id . but i can't to display the topic.
i don't know how to resovle it
