    so i have instaled 2 languages on my muwordpres... the problem is... it is working only for tha admin in wpmu-options.php ...but if i change the language it change for all blogs.
    Looking on the user option php file options-general.php ... i found also the code to change the language but the dropdown don't appear for the users. what to do...?

    and just a question... if the worpress have this option ... why the admins don't share this thing with us.??

    I have Language choices in Options -> General. Do you have it? My customers can change languages after they create a blog.
