Hello there.
I've got MU intsallation on some domain, where naming scheme is http://domain/name. Now I've bought some other domain and configure hosting for it (new_domain for example). I can transfer database, but how I can change scheme to http://user.new_domain?

Hey, no ideas?..
Reinstall on the new domain, using subdomains. You cannot change this afterwards.
Then before you restore the db backup, you'll have to do a manual search & replace with all new URLs.
