WordPress MU

I have a client who has installed WordPress MU on his main domain and several subdomains. However, when I look at his dashboard, I notice that there is no Plugins tab on the Dashboard.

I noticed that his /wp-content/plugins directory was empty, but even after I FTP'ed a few plugins into that directory, I still couldn't see a Plugins tab on the Dashboard.

Trying to access his /wp-admin/plugins.php page in a Web browser produces a blank page.

Any suggestions?

Go to Site-Admin and on the bottom there is a checkbox for showing the Plugins tab.

Site-Admin -> Options -> scroll down and see checkbox
