I have a blog under mu-wordpress, but my blog don't show the trackcbacks/Pingbacks.
Any Idea?

You need to contact your host. These forums are for admin running the software, not for endusers.

What Dr Mike meant to say was that if trackbacks and pingbacks are enabled under options > discussion and they still aren't showing up, you should start by talking to your host (ditto for if you don't even have the option to enable them under discussion options).

If you still aren't getting anywhere, try posting a bit more information about what you have done so far so that folks can help.
