WordPress MU

Hi everybody , first before anyone says anything i have searched the forum.

I am looking to completely redo the admin area. I have a basic understanding of c.s.s. and i make my living with php. i'm just looking for either links explaining how the admin area is generated, or any input on this before i undertake it.

i will document my progress here, and due to my lack of understanding of plugins i'll release all files here for others to make plugable.

also please note i am also working with another wordpress guy to make a plugin to allow users to post directly to myspace - you can see the proof of concept here http://elsid.net/2007/myspace.php

-please don't ask questions about the myspace functions they'll be released within the next month.

What specificly are you trying to change?

Most of the current admin plugins that modify the admin layout are simply CSS changes. Do a google search for "tiger admin wordpress" (Locked down terminal today or I'd give you the link) for one such solution.
