When I go to my main page (http://blog.enseignons.be) or to any of my website with IE, I have an ActiveX Popup asking me to install Quicktime Apple Inc ...bla bla bla

How could I remove this from my mu install ???

It looks like you have the Anarchy plugin installed in mu-plugins. I don't know much about it, but I'd suspect that's where that prompt is coming from.

Yes, I have anarchy in mu-plugins.

what else could I use to insert videos from dailymotion, youtube, etc. (and soapbox :) )

I use wp-extremevideo myself for the youtube. The older 2 verson as it appears his newer version doesn't work witn wpmu.

The dailymotion support I hacked together a while back but no one wanted to trade for it.
