WordPress MU

seems to be broken. The layout no longer displays whatsoever. When I click "login" at the bottom of the page, it brings me to the login screen, but without the normal graphics, just plain. When I try to login, it just brings me back to my blog.

I think this may be something I've done. It occurred right after I had changed the options. I changed the Web URL and the Blog URL (something like that, can't remember what they're called exactly) from http://pretty-guardian.com/cowlevel to http://pretty-guardian.com/cowlevel/index.php

I viewed the site, and it was fine. Then I opened a new window, and navigated to http://tincl.digitique.net, the redirect I had setup earlier to point to http://pretty-guardian.com/cowlevel/index.php. Then it seemed to break completely.

A little while before that, I had setup a page called "Forums". However, through my webhost's supplied cpanel I set up so that the exact address to that page (http://pretty-guardian.com/cowlevel/page?=_5 or something like that, don't remember off the top of my head) redirected to the address of my actual forums (http://pretty-guardian.com/tincl). After that, I realized when I clicked "View my site" it took me directly to the forums.

So one of these things probably lead to me breaking it, but I have no idea which, or how to fix it!

Wrong site:

A quick check shows you've put the 'index.php' within your site url. You need to remove it as it's incorrect.

1) You;re in the wrong forum. This is for MU users, not regular WP users.

2) You;re borking your URLs somehow. It looks like that because it can;t find the stylesheet. See?
http://pretty-guardian.com/cowlevel/index.php/wp-content/themes/odin_v4/style.css

The index.php should NOT be in that URL.
