a link like this:

will be converted by WP into a http link
how can I change this?

In Site Admin > Options > Upload File Types add "wax" without the quotes. Create a .wax file (exactly like .m3u or .ram) with the mms: link in it. Upload it with the utility where you create your new post and link to it from your post.
