Since the new version I had to remove my plugins in the mu-plugin folder. Where should I put the files that I want to automatically run?

    Thank you.

You only needed to remove the default ones from the mu-plugins folder since they were included elsewhere as part of the core. If you had other mu-plugins, then you should leave them in the mu-plugins folder...and, of course, test them to see if they still work.

would someone care to list the default plugins for the sake of this thread's completeness?

Default plugins that need to be removed from mu-plugins folder when updrading to 1.2.5a:

    pluggable.php
    misc.php
    global-categories.php
    delete-blog.php
dashboardswitcher.php (May not be there if an older version of mu)
