    Hello... I'm trying to get a better blog for my webiste users, and I don't know if the WordPress MU do that.

    I have a community website with over 5000 usres, and they current blog we have now is very bad. And I would like to give something nice to my community. Is that what WordPress MU does? Can all my users have their own blog? and new users create a blog?

    Yes, mu allows you to administer a site where others can create blogs on your site.
