I just installed Wordpress MU. I have a few users that have made blogs on my my install of WPMU my question is how do I stop those user blogs from having users? how can I edit their admin panel so that there is no user tab and so that they can not see the main blog options?

thre sub blogs can't have users unless they sign up thru the main blog AND the sub-blog owner then adds them to their blog.
The blog owners cannot see the main blog options in the backend of the main blog by default. If you are logged in as the site admin, and you go to a sub-blog's backend admin, *YOU* can still see the Site Admin menu, but they can't.
