You mean user name and password? Yes, all triple checked and correct.
I had no problems running regular WordPress prior to this.

You're not editing the config file are you? That's a big install difference between MU and regular WP.

No, I haven't touched the config file. It is the original one provided within Zip.
    I am running on:
    Microsoft IIS 6.0 , MySQL 4.1.18 , Apache Tomcat 5.5.4 , ASP.NET 1.1.4322.0 , Perl v5.8.8 , PHP 5.2.4 , Plesk Control Panel

Microsoft IIS is a sore spot with WPMU. most recommend running it on linux. you can always try to fight it, but I haven't heard great things.

when you refresh page - MUWP looks like installed?

    NetSpider:
See in your php.ini file of the error file path is defined. If not that has to be fixed, otherwise the error massages are not displayed. Also WPMU writes other stuff there that errors, just regular logs about creating blogs also. If the path is not defined the installation process may break! That is a common problem om IIS. NO problem with php5 and actually no problem with runing on IIS if you have the proper tools that takes care of the mod_rewrite requests of WPMU. So far I have not seen any problem runin git or installing it on IIS.
