    is a theme from WP is good/secure/fully compatible for MUWP ?

    It helps everyone here to do a bit of searching around before asking a question. Anyway, see this thread for a link to over 60 themes availble for MU ( http://mu.wordpress.org/forums/topic/541 ). There was another thread with a link to over 120 themes, but you have to search for it.

    As to whether they meet your critera of "good/secure/fully compatible", it's yours to discover.
