WordPress MU

I currently have Wordpress installed on my site but am going to be transitioning to Wordpress MU. Do I need to do anything differently when installing or is there a guide somewhere (I couldn't find it).

It is not that easy to upgrade normal WP to WP MU unless you can write your own program to do the conversion.

Before installing WP MU :-)

Better unisntall your WPSU (single User) via Fantastico (if you install via there)

then download WPMU

then install your WPMU

But you must be more patient because installing WPMU not too easy thing...

Please review the readme file included with the download. yes, there are differences with the installation and they are discussed within that file.
