WordPress MU

On my dashboard I had three plugins to upgrade, I clicked on the update all button and got a white page. Now when I try to login all I get is a white page and when trying to open my blog I get a white page.

I also backup every week, but I don't know how to use it to restore the blog.

white page is actually a PHP error. Don't know how many times i've said that on this forum -_-.

Secondly, you're in the wrong forum. This is for wordpress multi-user and it doesn't even have automatic plugin upgrading like normal wordpress.
